Pâtés & Rillettes range

Decoder were commissioned by Fortnum & Mason to redesign this specialist range of Kilner Jar packaged products. One of the requirements was to communicate Fortnum’s joy-giving brand message. We searched for the right illustrator to bring to life our story for each variety and knew we had done that when we came across the characterful work of illustrator, John Broadley. We loved his quirky interpretations of our brief and couldn’t stop smiling when they were presented. With a sympathetic colour palette and typography, we’ve made the illustrations front and centre to the packaging so that the jars entice from the store’s shelves. We were delighted to have briefed another wonderful illustrator to work on one of our packaging projects. And delighted to have created another successful range for Fortnum & Mason.
