Personality

Ours is a friendly, personal kind of service. Some clients even think of us as part of their in-house team. It certainly helps that you’ll invariably speak directly to the person that produced the work and be able to share your ideas with confidence.

Practical

Any designs or solutions we produce will not only look good, but are created entirely with an end result in mind. We are fiercely passionate about our work but gave up being precious long ago. We find that helps to get things done on time, with the minimum of hassle and without blowing the budget.

Permanent

Decoder has been around since 1992 and we have a roster of established clients who love/like/tolerate us, so we are a design and creative team you can rely on.

Project management

For one so small, clients are surprised that we can handle everything from printing and photography to translations and testing. We like to manage the whole thing – as we have control freak tendencies – but will gladly get involved at any stage you wish.
