The Chelsea Flower Range is inspired by the historic association between garden nurseries and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. In the 17th century James Colvill, a leading nurseryman and florist, was located on the corner of Blacklands Terrace and Kings Road directly opposite the current location of Partridges’ Chelsea store.
Decoder produced a flexible styling that was applied to a wide variety of products and promotional activities.
